Refugi de Pescadors’ cuisine is based on superb quality fresh food. Fish and shellfish are caught in Bahía de Palamós – Sant Antoni de Calonge. The fish tanks at our restaurant guarantee seafood gets fresh and alive to the kitchen.
We offer a wide gastronomic variety full of local products and the traditional catalan cuisine learned in the course of our 50 years experience.
Amongst our most in demand dishes, the following ones stand out: shellfish dish, rice casserole with homard, black rice, vermicelle with scampi and cuttlefish, bouillabaise, and fennel flavoured sea bass (speciality of the house).
We participate in various gastronomic campaigns leaded by l’Associació de Restaurants de la Badia El Plat Blau.
